Introducing Brixton Storeys, a new 24/7 alcohol and music licensed venue.
Brixton has just made history with the launch of Brixton Storeys, the area’s first-ever venue boasting a 24-hour music and alcohol license. Opened on April 18, 2025, this 750-capacity club occupies the former Prince of Wales site, who defined South London’s nightlife scene. Designed to cater to a diverse crowd, Brixton Storeys features three distinct spaces:
The Red Room is the main indoor area, equipped with immersive lighting and state-of-the-art acoustics courtesy of Turbo Sound and Funktion-One systems.
The Boudoir: An intimate indoor space tailored for smaller gatherings and events.
The SKY Terraces: Two outdoor rooftop terraces with retractable roofs, set to open in June, offering open-air musical experiences regardless of the weather.
Owner Stevie Thomas envisions the venue as a bridge between Brixton’s rich musical heritage and its vibrant future. “We wanted to bring a fresh narrative to Brixton nightlife but stay connected to the area’s heritage,” Thomas stated. The club aims to spotlight emerging artists and provide a platform for LGBTQIA+ communities, ensuring inclusivity is at its core.
Upcoming nights include collaborations with renowned promoters such as Cirque Du Soul, Supa Dupa Fly, UKG Brunch, and Mas Que Nada. This weekend, we are checking out their day party. We’ll report back.
